Solid Oak Four Dovetailed Drawer Card File

This is an almost unused, like new, solid oak card file that has four dovetail jointed drawers. It would make an excellent recipe box for the serious cook or baker with an oak kitchen or pantry. Dimensions are 10"h x 13.75"w x 17"l.

This is too heavy to reasonably ship. Including the boxes of blanks cards and dividers, that come with it, the total weight is over 45 pounds. Like many of the items listed on this page, I prefer that it be picked up in person. The general area is Essex County, northeastern Massachusetts.

The asking price is $125 for this heavy duty, solid, well made item.

Abstract Chrome & Bronze Wall Sculpture

This piece of artwork is approximately 2' x 4' and, in the abstract, resembles a flock of birds rising off the water, or perhaps stylized leaves on a tree or vine. It is handcrafted of formed, cut, welded and brazed metals, and hand finished by craftsmen and apprentice sculptors. Each chrome leaf has a blackened edge, and dot somewhat near the center where the stem is welded. All the leaf stems are attached to a heavy bronze frame, which resembles branches or vines. The shiny chrome leaves reflect back colors found within the room, so this piece will fit it almost anywhere in the house or office.

This was acquired from the estate of a reputable Collectable/Antique dealer. I would normally be selling this on eBay but it presents too much of a challenge to be shipped properly.

The asking price is $550 for this unique piece of modern art.

Some Things Are Just Too Damn Big!

This is an antique Glenwood Kitchen Heater #28 coal stove. These were used in old time kitchens to keep the kitchen warm during those times when there was no cooking going on. It is designed to abut and blend in with the old fashioned stove top, so it very much resembles them. It has almost universally adjustable, independent legs, so it's stove top can be aligned with the regular stove top on any surface, uneven or not.

This is in perfect working order. It was completely restored but the surface has deteriorated a little due to being stored in a shed rather than a warm house.

The asking price is $225 for this antique kitchen heater coal stove.

Rare Swedish(?) Spaghetti Lamps / Light Sculptures

These were acquired from the estate of a reputable Collectable/Antique dealer. I would normally be selling these on eBay but they presents too much of a challenge for proper shipping. When I acquired them one tag said, "Rare Spaghetti Light Sculpture Early Sixties $249," and the other, "Swedish Spaghetti Lamp $249." I have been calling these Swedish Spaghetti Lamps, based on this information, but I really have no idea what they really are.

These are perfect for anyone redoing a large room in retro-sixties style. The colors are not true in these images, due to difficulties in imaging a lighted lamp. For example, the three-globe lamp is yellow, orange and blue.

These are approximately 40" (one meter) in overall height and 24" in diameter. In one image above there is a red yardstick and in another a white ruler slightly over 1 foot in length, for size comparison. Both have three way switches. The five bulb lamp will light 2, 3 or 5 while the three globe lamp will light 1, 2 or 3.

The asking price is $150 each. I really don't want to ship these as it would be quite expensive, and I am not prepared to disassemble them. I much prefer you pick them up in person.
